To ensure safety in both our shop and in the field, we provide several training and safety programs to our staff. First, we have our company safety program that is continuously updated by an internal subcommittee. This committee is made up of experienced staff members who can recognize when something is dangerous or at least not-as-safe-as-it-could-be, and are thorough in the adoption and implementation of better processes.

Additionally, we perform daily stretch and bend exercises as well as weekly shop and field training and awareness sessions to keep safety on the forefront of our employees’ minds. We also conduct quarterly “Total Group” training and safety award meetings. Finally, we encourage our team to pursue additional safety education. Many of our shop and field team members have taken advantage of these opportunities and have various safety and other certifications, such as: OSHA 30-Hour, OSHA 16-Hour, PPE, Fall Protection, Forklift Driver Training, CPR, and First Aid.
